I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the airport. The cleanliness was exceptional, with well-maintained rooms and spotless facilities. All was perfect.

I recently had a memorable New Year's experience at a hotel in Delhi. The first thing I loved about this place was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated close to major attractions and had easy access to transportation, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. Lastly, the hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms, offering a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day of exploring.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the key card system was a bit problematic.

The hotel staff was helpful in addressing our concerns, such as upgrading to a queen bed and providing a mattress for the children. The room eventually had hot water and the location was convenient for shopping.

Nothing everything was great.

The rooms were soundproof and free from traffic noise, making for a peaceful stay. However, if your room is near the reception area, you may hear a bit of noise. The food at the hotel was consistently good, although there were occasional delays in delivery.
